Even though Rivo does not support Omnisend for email integrations, Jel was able to provide a work around solution, so I will give that a try. She was very kind.

Amazing features and service from the Rivo team. I've tried so many loyalty apps but this is probably the best one in terms of features, pricing, customisations, everything. The support team, Pete, Paul, Arianne, have been superb.
