Jel was AMAZING!! Typically customer service is cringy, money hungry, or simply poor. Jel was everything but that! She was fun to talk to, she gave me tips, informed me about two other Rivo apps (that I will be using), and taught me how to implement the 'potential points' feature & I can seriously go on & on about how helpful she was. Hands down, the best customer service experience of my life.

I chatted with Jel and she was very helpful! Solved my problem right away and was very happy to help. She even removed the ’powered by Rivo’ branding for me. If i ever need help i hope i get her out sometime as sweet as her.

I love this app. It's easy to use and the customer support is great. The functionality could be broader, but it seems like they're adding things all the time.
