Great service from Jel of Rivo! I have just downloaded this app to set up my loyalty and referral program and she was such great assistance, answering all my questions and also providing me with suggestions and solutions. I highly recommend Rivo as they also have a review app that helps encourage more customer engagement by providing them a chance to earn points. I also love how the reviews are able to be exported. Thanks again, looking forward to working with Rivo in the future as well!

Abbie was so helpful via the chat today! I am not very tech savvy and was struggling to get everything set up working properly. She was patient and helpful and even offered suggestions that could improve customer experience on my site. She went above and beyond!

Jel was AMAZING!! Typically customer service is cringy, money hungry, or simply poor. Jel was everything but that! She was fun to talk to, she gave me tips, informed me about two other Rivo apps (that I will be using), and taught me how to implement the 'potential points' feature & I can seriously go on & on about how helpful she was. Hands down, the best customer service experience of my life.
