I have used this app since my business started last fall, and I am so happy to have the option to add product reviews as ways to earn points now. Betty was extremely helpful in showing me how to integrate the apps and it took about 30 seconds! Amazing!!

Super easy to use and customise, even on the free version. I had some help from Mica who was awesome and gave lots of great tips which were personalised to our store. Great start!

So far so good. Very easy to set up and adjust the reward set up. I would like to be able to customize the pop up more, but it's fine.

J'utilise cette application avec mon site de vente. Pour le moment je débute et l'installation a été facile. La partie gratuite est déjà très bien pour commencer. Je passerai surement a l'étape supérieure quand je vendrai plus.

I use 3 app with Rivo and so far there awesome and customer service ie JEL is just awesome. She always helpful, effient and very quick. Goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Great app & fantastic support. There are some things I would like adding but it looks like they are in development. It does encourage repeat orders with our regulars & it is a great marketing tool.

first off...the onboarding process is a breeze! i did get stuck and my man Paul! Helped me with Due diligence and even helped with some back end work on the app and shop. just with the customer service and help alone this is a worthy company to work with. worth it so far!!
