I'm currently getting my website ready to open, and this app was by far the easiest part! Very friendly customer service, and self explanatory set up. I'm excited to see how my customers benefit from this app!

Good App, I just installed and I think I got what I was looking for. Though I am using the free version and liking it so far. It will be too soon to comment on the response I am getting from the widget. But so far so good. James was really helpful. I Just hope this app does not slow my store. Overall I am happy with the experince.

Great app, easy to use with plenty of functions.
Also want to add that they have a great customer service you can chat with and that respond very quickly to assist.

Great service from Jel of Rivo! I have just downloaded this app to set up my loyalty and referral program and she was such great assistance, answering all my questions and also providing me with suggestions and solutions. I highly recommend Rivo as they also have a review app that helps encourage more customer engagement by providing them a chance to earn points. I also love how the reviews are able to be exported. Thanks again, looking forward to working with Rivo in the future as well!
