Jel was AMAZING!! Typically customer service is cringy, money hungry, or simply poor. Jel was everything but that! She was fun to talk to, she gave me tips, informed me about two other Rivo apps (that I will be using), and taught me how to implement the 'potential points' feature & I can seriously go on & on about how helpful she was. Hands down, the best customer service experience of my life.

I chatted with Jel and she was very helpful! Solved my problem right away and was very happy to help. She even removed the ’powered by Rivo’ branding for me. If i ever need help i hope i get her out sometime as sweet as her.

Rivo is seamless, user-friendly, and incredible with customer support. A wide array of features doesn't hurt, but their CS team really put it over the edge with in depth assistance regarding my store providing recommendations on how to optimize and further improve our current setup. Truly incredible!
