My experience with Jel's customer service has been very pleasant. The communication is super fast and friendly. It's not just a simple chatbot, as is often the case. They also address special cases and actively seek solutions. I'm currently in a testing phase and hope that the product is just as good as the support.

Abbie was super helpful! Having some trouble with visual design issues on the app but I luckily know enough CSS to get around them, thanks for the great loyalty app!

I have only just begun using the Rivo app for my website, so I cannot really speak to the app itself. The customer service, however, absolutely TOP NOTCH! Arianne answered my questions and helped to make sure I am set up and ready to rock with Rivo on my Shopify store.

I will absolutely reach out if I need anymore help in the future as it has been a wonderful experience so far.

I have never experienced support or help from a friendlier person in my life! Not only did Abbie help me with a minor issue that I was having (which of course was completely my fault) but also gave me a couple of hints and tricks to help improve the website! Absolutely, positively, definitely recommend these guys and the app!!
