so far so good, I began and was offered a pro feature (removing the rivo branding form the widget). Seemingly easy to set up. cant complain yet.

This is a great app, with quick and helpful support. The support is definitely 10/10 and I've dealt with a few different members of their team on the online chat who have been great, Mary is always particularly helpful. Definitely better than other apps I have seen, although there are a few features here and there that I hope to see added in the future. Just patiently waiting for certain added features than the ones already included but they have a page where you can request new features and see which ones are in the process of coming to life etc.

I added the free version to my store to check it out and after speaking with a customer service rep (Paul) over the chat function, I was sold! The free version has all you need to offer loyalty rewards for a small business starting out. If you upgrade you can add in the option to offer points for reviews. Customer service is great and I love being able to access many features for a much better price than other apps out there. Top choice here.
