Pat is superb, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! The app itself is so easy to use and functional and is a great way to drive traffic to my store, I'm really pleased and definitely recommend.

Very easy to use App and great for building customer loyalty and most importantly rewarding them! Easy to set up and fully customisable which is important to make it look and feel like it is part of my brand - Great customer support if you need it too!

I just installed the app and getting to know all the features and so far I like it, the only thing I could mention that was not great so far was that not all of my customers in my store were shown as members and will now have to invite individually. Pretty easy to navigate, extremely helpful customer service, Jel was very pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to help. I will give the app a chance to see if it is all that I need.

I contacted Chat with a question and Paul was there to help! Paul was very professional, He genuinely wanted to help and was very efficient. Thank you!
