So Pete was the most helpful person I think I have ever dealt with in a chat situation or face to face. Professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite and friendly. He resolved my issue with ease. Rivo should be proud to employ such an asset as him. Thank you so much!

Three out of three!!! I now have the rivo popup, reviews and loyalty apps installed. So easy to use and if you get stuck the customer service is amazing. Abbie has been so helpful, I really cant recommend rivo enough!

This app has a great foundation with a lot of potential. Creators respond to queries quickly. Some additional features that would be great include Eco Points for reviews, as well as for subscribing to the website mailing list. All in all, great product.
