support is fast and knowledgeable and i noticed a 25 % conversion on the emails sent to recover the sale that's awesome

Abbie was the most helpful customer service person I have ever dealt with. She responded to all of my questions and comments immediately, fulfilled my requests and then some. Abbie went above and beyond and even pointed out some helpful tips to improve my website that had nothing to do with Rivo. I would recommend Rivo and Abbie to anyone!
Rivo itself is an incredibly useful app. It is easy and quick to setup and leads to many more sales for your loyalty program. No need to pay a programmer when you can just install Rivo, edit a couple settings, and you are ready to go. Give it a try, it's free!

The best customer service imaginable. In addition to the excellent and really useful apps from rivo, Arianne's support is particularly noteworthy. I am absolutely at a loss for words. Definitely a recommendation!!!

I spoke with Annie from customer service via live chat and she was incredibly helpful. It is highly unusual to get this level of service and support. It seems the team go way beyond the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy... actually, delighted with the app and service. Bravo.

The app is exactly what I was looking for. I love how clever and easy it is but the best part has been definitely the customer service.

The support staff is absolutely amazing. Arianne was extremely nice and she has been a huge help with all of my questions. Her professionalism and willingness to think outside of the box to help us navigate implementation issues goes above and beyond anything I expected. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a great rewards program for their business.

Definitely a stellar support experience!

This app is great easy and simple to use and has all the basics you need make a great loyalty rewards program. Although I hope there be more customization such as a link to a page to view, unlock rewards and become a member. And to add what graphic icons and background art to make them look more original than it looking like everyone else’s.

So good so far, and customer support (Abbie) has been super helpful. Very comfortable compared to other Apps on here so far.

This is a great app and I only have the basic plan. The customer service is quick and helpful! Lance was especially helpful!

Update 1/30/2022: I was assisted by Abbie from Rivo Loyalty today. She was straight to the point and so so helpful! Best experience yet :) The customer service on Rivo Loyalty is unmatched! Thanks to you, Abbie! The app itself is amazing and I love how there is a free option since my business is so small for now.
I especially love the support provided by the staff. Specifically, Arroll and James :)
