I am still new to Rivo, but so far the customer service is amazing, specially Pete. He took the time to check the my set up and give me tips on how to best adjust my points/rewards for my price point.

Paul was able to troubleshoot all of my issues with minimal explanation from myself. fixed my pop up widget as well as my limit on emails

I appreciate the content and intent of this app as a consumer..first and foremost. I want customers like me to be appreciated. This a must app to grow return customers. Set up is smooth, the support is superb and the app looks great on my stotre.

I really like this app. And the support is definitely on point. I contacted them for only one thing, to double my customer limits, and they hooked me with more than I asked for and other things as well. I'm happy about that. I definitely recommend this app.
