Very easy to set up and use - just enough in the way of customisation, with clear instructions. It's one of those 'does what it says on the tin' apps - it 'just works'. It also looks good. And I can integrate it with my customer account page, so customers can see all their info on one page. It's a no-brainer, to be honest! Very friendly and quick customer service, too. Can't fault them. :-)

I have been looking for a referral program and by chance i have found Loyalty. Not to forget the fact that they have a fast answering service support, i even got a great gift from them and i am more than happy now, and i thanks Betty for her help, her service was the best, five star for that.

IDK how the app works yet, but the customer service is excellent so far. the guy that helped me set something up was friendly and helped me with some extra pointers for my website. I will get back to updating my review about how great the app works and operates.
