I had some doubts about the app and Yaci was awesome. She gave me a guide right away that explained everything I needed and if that alone wasn't enough, she is the nicest person ever. An awesome customer experience.

Jal was an amazing help to me. They answered all of my questions, solved my problems, and even made awesome suggestions for my improvement. I love the features of the Loyalty and Referrals; its a great way to show appreciation to loyal customers and those who they refer. I'm a fan of all 3 Rivo apps.
