The customer support is top tier. I chatted with Llana who was very helpful, kind and efficient. I just downloaded the app so this review only has to do with the excellent customer service.

Wonderful and easy app to use for setting up a reward program. Customizable options are great. They communicate quickly with you to take care of concerns and questions. Thank you Jel for your prompt response and taking care of my request!
