Pete at Rivo helped me fix a minor issue within 10 minutes. He also gave me a few valuable tips for my store. The app is really slick and has a lot of functionality and customizations available. I think the app will pay for itself over time.

So far, it's the best app for reward/referral program for me.
Their staff is always here to help, I'm more than happy with them and the app overall. The pricing is also very fair compared to other competitors, highly recommended.
