Update: Update: It's really no good app. The support is terrible and during the last year the support has not solved one single issue. They are anwering but not fixing. The tool has good thoughts but almost everything is not working proberly so we have lots of complaints. Our most loyal customers are leaving one by another because they will not use our homepage because of Rivo anymore. It's a shame. I am describing the problems to Rivo all the time, but they don't care. E.g. currently, the Free-Product-Voucher is not working fine. I described it, I attached screenshots. But no solution. We will find another way to make our customers happy. Very disappointing.

This app looks great. Unfortunately the support in setting up has been rather average hence the 3 start. The link to book an onboarding call does not work - initially it was blamed on their own theme upgrade, and now the new link sent doesn't work either so they are 'looking in to it.' As I said, it looks a great app and should tick all the boxes of what we need but tt does makes me wonder what support will be like if we do install and use and encounter issues.

Im new to this app and can already see the conversions coming through. Abbie was really helpful and manually moved over all my 400 members from a different rewards app. This was so helpful as my CSV file wasn't working. Arianne has also been very helpful and solved all my queries and issues and i even upgraded to the paid plan because she gave me a 3 month deal for 50% off. Really excited to explore more of this app. Thank you!!

very helpful, funny and can make a customers day. best customer service ive ever came across 200%, just from my first impressions of abbie, shes gonna do very well in life or already is but overall my review is BUSINESSES NEED PEOPLE LIKE ABBIE, would improve your business 1000%
