When I was getting my site verified their customer support person was SO helpful. Not only did they get me verified quickly, they followed my store on social media (so sweet), and gave me really actionable advice to improve my store's site. Like, I have absolutely never had an app give me such great service and legit business advice before. It was in the perfect, most genuine way too. Not in a "trying to upsell" or "telling you how to run your business" kind of way. Above and beyond. I'm stunned. Thanks specifically to Abbie! Somebody give them a raise stat.

I am blown away at how amazing Rivo customer service is. Since starting my small business I have found a lot of B2B apps and services are trying to take advantage of me. Abbie was amazingly patient as I explained what I did wrong and what I needed fixed. Because I was transitioning websites it made things challenging so in haste I deleted a page I shouldn't have. Abbie logged in and solved the problem in like 1 minute max.
