I haven't started using this as our website hasn't opened, but I have installed it and gone through the settings, and been talking to their live chat support. Super seamless and easy experience so far. Cannot fault the team or software. The software gives you all kinds of options to generate rewards, I think it will pull in new clients. Can't wait to launch my site and see how things go.

I have had a great experience with the Rivo Loyalty & Referrals app. The features are robust, and above all of the great features their customer service through chat is second to none. I had the pleasure of working with Jel through chat and I have never before had such responsive, patient and knowledgeable help than with Jel. She is great at her job. A HUGE THUMBS UP! Customer service is very hard to find these days, and Rivo Loyalty & Referrals gets it right! Keep up the great work!

I was fortunate to have Abbie assist me setting up a loyalty and referral program and can't say enough here about the fantastic service I received. The cost of the app can't be beat for what you get. While the free app has everything I need to get started, I opted for the Scale plan with a fully customized landing page and more enhanced options. This plan is still WAY less expensive than the majority of loyalty programs. Plus it is extremely straightforward and easy to use and understand (both from a customer perspective and a user perspective). The landing page was beautifully developed according to my established theme in just a short time. All my questions were answered and I was supported every step of the way. Too bad I can't leave more stars but I can't recommend this app enough.

Makes it impossible to cancel once you subscribe. I've asked them to cancel this subscription for the past month now and I'm still getting charged. Ridiculous business practice. Better options out there.
