The app has been fantastic so far, easy to use and setup, and super helpful already on my site. Abbie was an absolutely dream of a customer service agent to speak to! She made it so quick and easy to get things fully unlocked and setup, plus added some great humour along the way! Not to mention she even gave me a few fantastic tips to improve my site that I could implement right away. 5 stars all around, great experience with Rivo so far.

I am really amazed by the big quality of the app, that it is really useful and for sure it will make customers very happy. Also I want to spend time describing how amazing, kind and smart is the customer care. Really suggested!!!!

I'm loving this so far! The chat support was immediate, which I appreciate. The app is super easy to use and very customizable. The fact that it's free is the reason I signed up. Because of all of that, I can easily see myself upgrading in the near future. I prefer that to paying up front, before knowing if I like the app - good call on that business decision! They also let you preview before it goes live so if you don't like it, you don't have to publish it. A couple days later, they also helped me with an issue I was having with the code. They went above and beyond to make things right. This is how you do customer service! I can highly recommend this app to anyone interested.

Nice and simple to use. There was simple introduction video that was easy to follow and setting up the program was simple. It will be nice to see how this benefits our company.

It's a great app without the hassle to get a rewards program. The Support staff definitely has time for you and won't give you general answers. Definitely looking forward to increasing my sales traffic!
