Just installed so it's too soon to really know how effective the app is but the support has been amazing with helping me set up the customer points.

Pete was very attentive and managed to answer my questions very clearly. I'm in the test phase but the application promises a lot and is very simple to configure. I'll be back in a few weeks to give you more complete feedback.

Great experience with Pete, who helped set up the initial settings. He was also very helpful with other features on the app, as well as some of our other website features as well.
