I just installed this app and I was impressed with the support I was getting. It was a top-notch support. He was along with me every step of the way to make sure that I was set up the best way possible even when I only signed up for free version. Thank you so much.

This is by far the best and easiest to use loyalty program app, as it has everything that you need to create the best program that suits your online store. Also their customer support is top notch! They reply instantly.

Abbie assisted me with getting authorized and it was hands-down the best support experience I've ever had. She offered tips and advice and even helped me fix a couple of issues on my website that she caught on her own. The setup is extremely user-friendly and intuitive. So many options and I'm just on the free plan for now. Very happy!

I was immediately contacted by chat as soon as the app was installed. The rep not only answered all my questions but also made simple change on his end to make my site more professional. He sent me links with step by step instructions and answered all my questions. If the app works as great as the customer service rep this is score for my business!!
