The app is great but the customer service is UNBELIEVABLE. They will walk you through any issues you have, step by step and stay with you until its fixed.

I just started using this app. So far so good. Pete has really helped me along the way. A few little hiccups with setting things up, and tricky to grasp everything, but the support has been great so far. I do wish they had a few more training courses available to help newbies or an option for a flat rate to get a bit more support and direction. However, the software and features are pretty great for the price. I think this will be a true asset to my store.

I am mainly writing to thank (Jel) for they excellent support through the online chat. They did what I asked them and went beyond that by giving me tips on how to improve my store.
