Great. Love the on-site option, easy to use, and better than similar priced competitors. Minus one star because it’s a bit clunky to use and force to look the way you want it to. I have to refresh a lot to continue to get the app customizer to display properly on the Shopify back end. Not sure if that’s an app thing or Shopify, but it get frustrating during set up. But other than that, customer service is great and I love it so far.

Says free plan available - this is no free plan. It s a trial. After that it's $24 a month.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We have a free plan that's available for smaller shops that do 200 orders a month or less. Otherwise we have affordable plans that start at $24 a month (most features). Happy to offer a longer trial to make it work for you, or work out a longer term price. Customer service is great.
I do not have plenty of experience with the loyalty program yet but up to this point everything seems good and intuitive.
