I've used Rivo to help me with my subscription and loyalty program and their customer service is insanely good! They are fast and courteous and give help on the spot and gifts. Great job! Rivo! customer service is everything.

The only rewards program app that appealed to me - generous features for free plans, and the paid plans are very well priced, especially compared to those who charge $100+ per month. I spoke with Pete today and he's very helpful. Excited to explore this app and see how my customers enjoy the loyalties program. Thanks Pete!

I haven quiet used the app the yet but the support they give to start up is amazing, Abbie was extremely helpful and willing to help until I was able to get the app working on my website, great team!
