I haven quiet used the app the yet but the support they give to start up is amazing, Abbie was extremely helpful and willing to help until I was able to get the app working on my website, great team!

Rivo has been great and super smooth to use, easy set up and perfect rewards system for my customers. When I reached out I got really personalized and attentive customer support in the blink of an eye. Specifically, Jel was super helpful. Would definitely recommend Rivo!

Been using the rewards app for a year now, and have lots of customers signed up and enjoying the rewards.
Bryan has been most helpful with any questions and things I wanted to do, only problem is I need to move the customers and their points to our new website, and currently there isn't an export CSV way to do this, so we will need to manually input the customers into a CSV form and import them to the new website, which will be time consuming.
