The app works fine, simple to setup and easy to use. Good alternative to the paid and generally expensive loyalty apps in the Shopify store

Just finished a call with James one of Rivo support members and he was legit. Helped me get the program set up and branded via color and text for my site. Rivo is working on a POS integration and we are really looking forward to the update.

Just installed the Rivo loyalty app and trying to put everything together to drive customer retention on our new Shopify store. CS (Aa) is nice and friendly, helping me out on my questions while my figuring out the backend functionality.
