Lance was an absolute legend when I reached out for some customer support today! Super helpful, super fast and I'm so happy I've signed up with Rivo for Pop Ups and now the Rewards Loyalty Program.

abbie helped me quickly, and even took the time to check out my website and gave me a little heads up on a website error on my page as well as tips to customize my profile with a personal touch of my brand which was amazing for me since I am a one woman show and teaching myself slowly how to build my brand on a tight budget.

Bryan was amazing! The best customer service I've ever had :) fast and great!

We once had this app and changed to another one to "save money" let me tell you... NOT WORTHY! this one is THE BEST out there.

Abbie was TERRIFIC! She was so so helpful, very efficient and extremely knowledgeable and patient. The most important thing was: she went beyond the scope of her position to help me do what I need to do. I 100% do not do well with website development. It’s because of superior customer service reps like Abbie that I have a beautiful site.
Pay her more, she deserves it!
