Overall the app is great. The onboarding process is really good and provides a fool-proof checklist to make sure you get off to a good start. Live support has been responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

I just started using it so I'll have to see long term how I like it. So far, it is easy to use and you can easily alter points awarded for various actions which is cool.

Always reassuring when customer support is readily available. Will dig in deeper to use all of the apps marketing features. I think they know that our growth is directly tied to their growth so it is in their best interest to create software that works.
