Pete was fantastic he was very helpful and funny.
So far I like the app and I'm sure my customers are going to love it too. I mean having points thrown in your face for free items would definitely have me coming back! But I would just come back for Pete because he's hilarious

I was helped by Arianne today. Initially, I just wanted to have the "Powered by Rivo" removed from our page. She was able to do that within a few minutes but also offered a few really helpful suggestions for our website. She gave me instructions on how to add a Favicon, as well as helping us adjust the location of our rewards widget. Super helpful, polite, and grateful they employ someone like Arianne! GOOD customer service is hard to find.
