This app is easy to use/set up and generates brand loyalty. Their customer service is the best. They go above and beyond to support not only the app but your business. Abby helped me last and she was super resourceful.

I was impressed that the agent who helped me went out of her way to provide valuable advice and insights about my website and about shopify in general. She seemed happy to help me which is invaluable to me because this is a new field for me. She helped me with my reason for contacting support, and also helped me with things I didn't know I needed help with. Great job Abbie!

I downloaded Rivo and found it to be the best loyalty app so far. The interface is clean, and I like how it's not as overwhelming as other apps I've tried. It syncs seamlessly with my store and just makes life a lot simpler.
