I have had Rivo since I first opened my Shopify store. I have written in a few times for assistance and they have ALWAYS been helpful. One time I even asked to export my customer list and now they have made that a feature! I can tell they're an innovative app and as a business myself, I appreciate that.

The app is full featured and it is very easy to setup a loyalty and rewards program using the app. Customer service is also very good.

Really like this app, easy interface and insights, great customisation tool and Betty is was super helpful throughout! Highly recommend as it also converts!

This app is amazing, the support is top-notch! They will help you with your query and along they will suggest you interesting guidelines.

Definitely worth to install, the app itself it is really good and helps you acquire a good % of the user with fan engagement :)
