We have had a good experience so far. We haven't set the app to live yet, but the support so far has been amazing, and for the price, it has a lot of features and is really easy to customise.

My shop has only sold a few items but they are very helpful. They always respond quickly and solve problems easily. If I get more customers for my shop, I will definitely use them for a fee. Of course, the app is very easy to use.

Overall a great app and great support. Would love to see an added feature that allowed point multipliers in different VIP tier levels.
