Paul was awesome with assisting me with what I needed done. He was very nice and Service was prompt. Responded to all of my questions within seconds. So far the app looks very good. It was easy to set up and and I am excited to use it with my customers when my store launches!

I have had Rivo since I first opened my Shopify store. I have written in a few times for assistance and they have ALWAYS been helpful. One time I even asked to export my customer list and now they have made that a feature! I can tell they're an innovative app and as a business myself, I appreciate that.

The app is full featured and it is very easy to setup a loyalty and rewards program using the app. Customer service is also very good.
