One of the best customer service I have had on Shopify period! Arianne was super helpful, sorted out things with me and was quick on the reply. The platform is easy to use, and has lots of features to play with! Also has POS integration which Arianne pointed out which is super useful!
She managed to give up loads of goodies on the app and was just super helpful! Was with Loyalty Lion before this and they don't really have a "customer service", and takes days to reply. SO based on that, Rivo is Awesome!!!

The supporting team is excellent, very quick response and helpful. Especially shouting out for Jel. All the features are easy to use. And the app is with great value. I really like the idea of tiered loyalty programme. The only thing is I really want the feature that the customer could have discount on every order they make once they reach certain tier rather than one-time off discount. I'll be so happy to update my plan as long as this feature becomes available.

App works how we need it, with little to no issues.

Any time I have contacted support, responses have been quick, precise, friendly, and more importantly resolve the issue. Arianne was amazing today <3

My experience with Arianne and the entire team has been great, always helpful with timely replies and they really do seem to care about their customers. The integration has been a breeze to set up speaking as one who has got minimal coding experience.

I've just started using the Rivo: Loyalty and Referrals app, and it's been a fantastic experience so far! The app is super easy to set up, even for someone like me who's not a tech wizard. It offers many great features for creating a loyalty and referral program, which I'm still testing out.

A special shoutout to Arianne, who provided exceptional support. She was quick to respond, super friendly, and made the setup process a breeze. Customer service like this makes all the difference!

Looking forward to fully exploring the app's potential, but so far, it's been a great addition to my Shopify store. Highly recommend!

I got to hand it to the Rivo app and the support team. Jel is a awesome team rep. When I say awesome I mean AWESOME. I have been using this app for over a month now and have been so impressed with customer support, in particular Arianne.

Every time I need help or support they are there, they answer quickly and actually help.

They go out of their way to help, it is refreshing to work with a company who do not take me for granted.
