Rivo: Loyalty & Referrals

I just started using this app. So far so good. Pete has really helped me along the way. A few little hiccups with setting things up, and tricky to grasp everything, but the support has been great so far. I do wish they had a few more training courses available to help newbies or an option for a flat rate to get a bit more support and direction. However, the software and features are pretty great for the price. I think this will be a true asset to my store.

Just getting started on this app, so far I'm very impressed especially with their service. I had a few questions and they not only answered but added value with great suggestions on how to personalize my store!

Arianne was super helpful with helping me finish getting my setup completed. She even went as far as helping me with something I didn't even know was a thing (Favicons). Highly recomend this app. Very cool app and excellent customer service!

After some research and trying different apps, this app is the best choice for a startup. It offers the best value for the package and has a great support team.
