I have been a customer for over 2 years now. Each time I have contacted their support for our business they were pleasant, kind, and super helpful. I recently updated my stores website and had some glitches with our rewards platform, Pete was super helpful and patient as I was confused with the steps to take. If you need an app that is straightforward with great customer service this is the one! Love it so far!

We've been using Rivo for years now, wonderful app with decent pricing tiers (a bit pricey at high tiers......). But all-in-all a phenominal rewards app for any size shopify site. And support is always very fast and fantastic.
