This is the 3rd app I have tried in order to offer rewards to our customers. It is indeed the most expensive, but it is also the best hands down. Their interface is clean, loads super fast and their customer service is second to none. Other apps didn't load or didn't detect customers, so it was not easy to "block" or "exclude" members that were not showing, this app works as it should and the staff including Abbie were extremely helpful and got me going in just a few minutes by answering some key questions. Highly recommend.

Oh my, I'm blown away by great service from Rivo team.
We're looking for better loyalty app to replace LoyaltyLion as their Small Business package only allows us to modify the color of the widget, which is not great for branding. Their Basic Plan and Advanced Plan are too expensive for us. We have been checking Yotpo and Smile.io
Smile.io service is great and easy to get in touch with. However, their Gold Plan does not support a dedicated Loyalty Page. We ended up choosing Yotpo. Because they don't have a trial period to see what they have inside for the Gold Plan, I tried so hard to ask for just a demo call. Ridiculous, right? But it's the truth. The guy in the demo call wanted to sell me the Reviews app while I was asking him about the Loyalty one. I even asked for a one or three-day trial with the Gold Plan to see what we could do inside, but they said they're not allowed to. I paid 249usd to upgrade from the free version to the Gold Plan. After that, I realized that many of the features they claimed were included in the Gold Plan but were not. I contacted customer service to get the answer that we need to upgrade to the Premium plan to have it. Such a liar. I was furious, of course.
And then we checked Rivo, and their service is on the opposite side. They're supportive, friendly, and professional. They offered us a super good deal to go through this difficult time of E-commerce. We appreciate that.
I also discover that Rivo even has two other apps, which are FREE and completely FREE. Check it out if you're a small business like us.

excellent app I liked it and easy to use. Compared with other apps, the free plan has a lot as start-ups can get benefits from it and add value to your business
