For starting out, the available settings and setup is just right! Paul helped me with the removal of branding and assisted on tips for beginners. Our chat totally slayed and was speedy as heck. I'm inspired to explore the possibilities of the app and grow the use of it alongside my business!

We haven't used the app to it's fullest yet, but the support team (especially Arianne) are AMAZING! I've tested nearly 5 loyalty apps, and none of them come close to Rivo. Rivo is fully customizable, is flexible, and most importantly, has the best support team!! Plus, Arianne was able to gave me perks that will make our experience with this app the best it can be. Shoutout to this app and Arianne from the support team!

Abbie was great. Answered all my questions and even gave me some advice on managing my store. I couldn't be happier with the customer service. I would recommend this to everyone that is starting up.

I just downloaded Rivo to set up a loyalty program for my website. I chatted with Pete about a question I had about customization and he was so helpful, immediately sending a breakdown on how to do it step by step and also had amazing suggestions for how to change icons for things I didn't even know I could change on Shopify! Super grateful for Pete and his immediate responses and all the help!
