This is very easy to set up and customise. I am not sure whether it will gain customers but it is nice to have this option on my website.

I needed to verify my store, Lance chatted with me and was able to verify in less than 10 minutes. I also had a question about customer redeeming their points and he was also able to send a very helpful guide to make sure we have everything that our customers need.
