I used this app and I already have gained £300 in sales in the last 2-3 months I've had it for. I have had support from Alex and she has been absolutely amazing help and support

This App isn't only awesome on itself, furthermore the support got me some free Pro Plan upgrades while helping me with my problem. They are really just awesome!

This is a loyalty app, it's great, It has all the functions you'll need and more, but I don't tend to write a review because an app does what it says. I'm writing a review because I recently moved from another shopping cart, and the move came with loads of problems moving my reward system. The great people at Rivo were able to transfer my 15 year old reward system with well over 3 million outstanding reward points. The team has gone above and beyond to create a loyal customer out of me for years. Every experience with customer service is great. They escalate issues they cant solve immediately, and the team fixes the problem! Give it the 7 day free trial if it you need a loyalty program. This is the team you want to have your back, and understands the needs of an e-commerce store.

Very user friendly. Wonderful costumer service, they go above and beyond. I had a couple of problems and they solve them and offered extra advice on things that were important to me and my clients.
