This isn’t my first loyalty app I have used, but so far it does exactly what I need for a small business. I can’t yet afford the costly apps with all the bells and whistles, but this one hits the mark. It’s straightforward and reliable, and I’m more than happy with it. Plus, their support team is prompt, friendly, and super helpful (thanks Paul)

Rivo got some really cool features that make it easy to start a loyalty program. I especially like that there's no limit on how many customers can join or how many emails you can send. Plus, their support is amazing. IsJel helped me out so much, and she was super patient while she got everything set up for me.
