Even though Rivo does not support Omnisend for email integrations, Jel was able to provide a work around solution, so I will give that a try. She was very kind.

Great customer service! We have been using the Rivo app for around 6 months and have experienced positive benefits as a business whilst our customers enjoy the loyalty perks.
When we hit an issue with the customer login process and the Rivo page's visibility, we were promptly assisted by the customer service team who were very helpful in solving our queries. Particular thanks are to be given to Jel who cracked an issue whilst we were transferring to a new theme!

I cannot recommend Rivo enough. We had a slight implementation issue, but I judge a company on how they respond to issues. I was impressed that the CEO took the time to chat 1 on 1 to make sure our issue was fully resolved. This level of support is greatly appreciated and should reassure anyone looking for a rewards program. I highly recommend Rivo.

James here from Rivo. First of all, I am so sorry for your experience so far using the app. Not an ideal first impression and looking back on the support conversations, it makes total sense based on the issues that occurred.
On the actual issue: looks like what happened here was a slight discrepancy with the orders backfill. I know what went wrong here and I'd like to clarify a few things around logic with you before proceeding with a fix.
We have a fully remote team and while we try to respond in 1 business day to escalated tickets, sometimes a timezone difference or a weekend makes that difficult. I'm very sorry for the time it took us to respond there, and in the future when you contact support, it'll be much quicker, or you can email me directly at james@rivo.io.
I've reached out over email to jump on a google meet (sent you a link). Let me know if you can join that we'll get to the bottom of what's happening.

Jel and Bryan from customer support was extremely helpful, provided me with lots of information about rivo and most importantly did not try to push by upselling any additional features.
