I have been a customer for over 2 years now. Each time I have contacted their support for our business they were pleasant, kind, and super helpful. I recently updated my stores website and had some glitches with our rewards platform, Pete was super helpful and patient as I was confused with the steps to take. If you need an app that is straightforward with great customer service this is the one! Love it so far!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jel and Arianne from the RIVO app support team when I had some basic queries. After spending about 20 minutes trying to find what I needed on my own, I realised it was much easier and more effective to reach out and chat with them. Amazing app. It has some really useful features and the customer support team is phenomenal. They respond within seconds and they are very knowledgable. As a store owner, this app is showing a lot of results and our customers are super happy to be using the rewards system we have. It increased engagement and purchases.

There was a large learning curve to get the app set up and running. But, support is always available to quickly answer questions. Been using the app for a few months now and it's working well.

We have been using Rivo for just about a year now across both of our websites. We have been so happy with the Loyalty program, it's setup, and it's response from our customers!
We had a small issue with our page displaying that made us reach out to the customer service chat, and Arianne was incredible!!! She narrowed down the problem (it was a code issue that seems to have been edited somehow over the last year ... ). She was such a pleasure to deal with, fixed it right away, and was beyond helpful.
Based on this customer service alone I would recommend Rivo to anyone looking for an in-depth Loyalty and Referral program!

Update: They have been very useful when it comes to customer support and helped with any problems regarding coding that I had.
The Free version is very limited but I see the potential for the upgrade. there is also a Start-Up plan for 24 euros a month and I think that is a good offer.

Great customer service, super user-friendly compared to other loyalty apps. Gives you a sense of peace of mind before launching. I love the fact that they have a separate loyalty management page.
