The app was a bit hard to navigate at first but it gets easier the more you use it. Bryan was super fast to answer in the chat support when we could not get the tiers to work, but he guided us through it and now it works just as expected!

Generally speaking their help desk has been fairly responsive, but I am having a major issue with syncing past data, and am hearing nothing back. I am a Shopify Plus member, and therefore there are certain aspects of their app that are not available to me - including syncing past data, so I have to rely on their team. I am getting no updates, no ETA on when it will be done, nothing. Very frustrating.

I'm just about to switch to Rivo, and a question came up this morning. I hopped onto chat and, with Abbie's help, had my answer in a few minutes. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Great to get answers so easily!
