This app was incredibly easy to install and customize. Had a bugging issue that occurred and reached out to customer service. Right away they responded, I spoke with Darren and he fixed the issue in no time!

This app has been great and easy to set up so far for my new shop! I do wish there was more text and customization features but for a free app it has all the essentials and then some to get your incentive program working. I love that I can customize the tiers and it even has the referral links available. As for customization needs, you will be able to select colors but fonts and things like that are somewhat limited from what I've found so far however, they seem to be always trying to improve what they offer businesses who use the app and have a suggestion and service request where customers can vote on new features. Great app!

I think the best app ever! I's very easy to use and the guests love it, because they earn the 5% of discount with the normal shopping.
And the app Loyalty Hero is also free... I hope to see in the app more ways to earn points for the guests in the future, but it's still perfect! Amazing job guys!

I love the Rivo apps! I installed the email signup and the loyalty apps today. The customer service is outstanding and fast. I was able to configure my apps within minutes. I also got much-needed feedback on my store home page with the apps. I highly recommend it.
