Have just installed and so far super easy, super fast to load. Abbie was fantastic when I had a question in the live chat, again super fast, lots of extra info I didn't think and really easy to work with. In a time when real time support is getting harder and harder to get, I am very happy with ease of use of this app and getting support if/when needed :)

Abbie was very patient and very helpful to me as I set up my app. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. She never rushed me or made me feel like I needed to hurry. Even when I was gone for several minutes she right there when I came back to her.

So far I am loving Rivo! The step by step instructions are so easy and clean to work through to get set up! Customer support is friendly and answers your chat in a timely manor. Arianne was positive, beyond helpful and even complimented us on our website and branding. Knowing they have a customer support team who cares about their customers, even if you on the free plan, is super important to a business who also highly values authentic customer support!
