I’ve been using the Rivo Loyalty and Rewards app, and it has been such a seamless experience! I reached out to Paul for a couple of questions. He was very quick to assist me. I was a little bummed to find out there isn't a way for customers to enter text on question based "ways to earn" tasks within the app like a couple of other apps offer and the only work around is to create a form with a separate URL or something. Hopefully an in app question/form option comes in the future since it really is a great app. Either way, Paul was great and gave me the little bit of code I needed for the landing page in like 5 seconds.

Rivo is a great app at an affordable price. We had a hiccup in the past, but they sincerely took ownership of the problem and made it right. Don't pass on Rivo, your customers will thank you.
