Abbie was super helpful. I went in with the intention of asking only question. Not only did Abbie address my concern, but she went above and beyond to give me helpful tips. Like the other Rivo app I use (mailing list pop up) this is super easy to use. The tutorials and help pages are excellent and the customer service is second to none! They are always on hand to do live chat, I was speaking to Betty about setting up my loyalty programme and she was super helpful. Very impressed with the functionality and overall user experience :)
