I had to reach out to support to verify my store and they were really kind and quick. We have never had any problems with this app and has always worked great for us and our customers. Definitely recommend using this app for optimization in your store.

Very easy to set up and customize. I have been using it for almost an year and it works perfectly - my clients are very pleased and are finding it very easy to use. The support is great - responds very quickly and has resolved my requests very fast. Totally recommend this app!

I love this app. It is incredible. I searched Shopify for so long trying to find an app that was budget affordable and still did what I wanted, I could not find any loyalty app that was within in my budget, and I could not afford to spend more being such a small business and in the midst of COVID-19. When I found loyalty hero it honestly made my week! 110% recommend, the experience with them has been more than just worth it. Thank you for providing a loyalty app for free.
